First I would like to say hello my name is Nelson Darden.  I am the creator of Darden’s Creations & Conscience and this is my story.  I was raised in the swamps and then we moved to the woods of North Carolina.  I am the son of a sharecropper and the oldest of seven.  I’m an Army veteran of 20 years, a police officer and guard at Fort Gordon, where I had aliases such as “picture man” and “chief”.  I am also an inventor with a patent for Carlier, an automotive chandelier assembly.  There’s also an artsy side to me as well.  I have written a song entitled “Same Record” by Sunrise Records as well as dabbling in poetry.  My signature catchphrase is “YOU ALREADY KNOW”  Since people say that a picture is worth a thousand words, here is a picture of my brother & I…..you have seen it in color.
